Good value hotel in a good location with helpful and friendly reception staff. Adequate breakfast for the continental style.

Central location (directly on a metro line to the dome, otherwise within walking distance 15-20 min. Of the dome and the central station), free internet, breakfast buffet, clean and overall a decent place

Slow elevator, quite noisy (had asked for a quiet room and got one - showing to a patio, I.E. I looked on the opposite wall, but one cannot have everything; the noise came from the bath rooms above, though - whenever somebody flushed there was a thunder coming down the tubes; but with ear plugs no problem), for some reason the power outlets didn't seem to work with my plug (but in other hotels in Italy I could charge my laptop, I.E. this was a problem specific to this hotel; didn't follow up on it though, as I only stayed one night).

I did not like the fact that it was a smoking hotel - smoking in all the common areas

Location was good and room was big enough.

The air conditioning didn't work in our room and it was really hot. We had two rooms and in other room it worked well.

Great location, walking distance to Central Station as well as to city centre (Duomo). Breakfast OK.

Aircondition did not work, it was very hot and impossible to sleep, this unfortunatelly influenced our overall impression. Better to avoid this hotel in summer months as I am not sure that our situation was exception. Otherwise this hotel is good value for money.

I guess it is not necessary to change the bed sheet/ as blanket/ and towels everyday.

Hotel was excellent. Super helpful staffs, English speaking, helped us with booking the tickets for "the Last Super". The room was big and clean. Location was very good, many shops at door, and supermarket. Breakfast was good enough for the price. When we arrived, we asked about the good restaurants, the staff showed us a Chinese-Italian restaurant at the corner, which is excellent, we almost had all of our meals over there. Very nice and reasonalbe price.

Elevator was slow, and the air con in the room was noisy.

Easy to find, close to shopping area. Ok breakfast.

The air condition did not work and our room was to the busy street, so with the window open it was quite noisy. We asked for a non-smoking room but there was smell coming from other rooms to ours. Interesting pink decor.

The staff were friendly and the location is reasonable, about a 10-15 minute walk from the central station, and right on one of the main shopping streets. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable.

Unfortunately the lift was not working when we stayed, they were apologetic especially as we were staying on the 5th floor, but didn't offer to help carry bags. The room for breakfast is small and we had to wait for others to finish before we could eat.

Perfect location , very clean room , internet , exellent staff

Great staff service and very attentive to guests needs. Location is near to metro station which conviniently connects you to important attractions. Also located in one of Milan's top shopping districts. Free internet is available at the Buenos Aires , In many european hotels WIFI doesn't stand for wireless free internet..... so dont be surprise if you have to pay an extra charge. So internet is another added value to your stay. Overall is great budget hotel choice with awesome location.

Breakfast is not the best thing, but at least is an added service.... hotel could work on improving.

A small hotel on a shopping strip ! Breakfast was just right ! One of the very few hotels with smoking floors so request appropriately ! The air conditioner cooled the room down but definitely needs upgrading !!
